Tantalize your taste buds with fresh squeezed orange juice or a Mimosa accompanied by fruit, followed by a delightfully sinful homemade pastry. For your main entrée, savor the choices – David’s entree of the day, farm fresh eggs prepared to order, or homemade granola, all accompanied by Green Mountain Smokehouse bacon or David’s fabulous homemade sausage. Choose from Evelyn’s three homemade breads: Oatmeal, Irish Farmhouse Wheat or English Muffin Toasting Bread.

If we can buy locally we do so year-round with as many products as possible. It is our commitment to excellence and the recognition and celebration of the small to mid-size farmer.

Our Vermont Farm Partners & Artisan Food Purveyors

Local Vermont farming partnersSpringmore Farm has pasture raised chickens and pigs. We make homemade sausage from the pigs of the Springmore Farm. Fresh produce is also purchased from this small farm which helps make our dishes divine.

Deep Meadow Farm are stewards of the land and focus on health and the support of their community. They are Certified Organic and provide us with potatoes, onions and garlic to name but a few.

Maple Meadow Farm is a family owned farm that has some cage free hens. They take extra care of their hens and they are fed the highest quality feed. They never receive antibiotics or hormones ensuring a wonderful high quality egg.

Cabot Creamery is a cooperative of 1,200 different farm families throughout New England. They are simply the best! We purchase our sour cream and butter from Cabot.

Thomas Dairy does not treat their cows with any hormones to boost milk production. They have strict milk production standards and have been providing dairy products since 1921. We get our milk and cream from Thomas Dairy.

A baker prepares the dough for a loaf of breadVermont Farmstead Cheese Company prides themselves with the fact that they save local farms while making exceptional cheese! They provide us with WindsorDale, an aged raw milk cheese.

Green Mountain Smokehouse provides us with maple cured bacon and ham.

King Arthur Flour has a passion for flour. They claim that good quality flour does not happen by accident. Their diligence and consistency is their core philosophy. All their flours are non-GMO and are made to the highest standards in the industry.

Kedron Valley Stables makes maple syrup in South Woodstock.

Vermont Creamery have won over 100 national and international awards for their cheese. We purchase goat cheese from Allison and Bob.

A mix of berriesFat Toad Farm produces out of this world Goats Milk Carmel. Need we say more? They use traditional cooking methods and uses all-natural ingredients.

Blake Hill Preserves are specialty preserve makers. We offer their jams such as – cranberry & orange chutney, blueberry & lemon, summer peach & ginger conserve and more. You haven’t lived until you have had a quality gourmet fruit spread. They have extra fruit, less sugar and are healthier for you.
